1:00 p.m. - Board your bus at the Ramada Stevens Point for an historical tour of Portage County. Tour will include stops at the Nelsonville Mill, Reflections Antiques, a century farm, South New Hope Lutheran Church, and will conclude with a Norwegian meatball supper at the Nelsonville Lutheran Church. (There will be an additional charge for this tour.)
7:00-9:00 p.m. - Registration open
7:00-9:00 p.m. - Genealogy open house
8:00 p.m. - Movie night featuring the movie "Sweet Land." If you missed it when it was in the theaters, this is a not-to-be-missed film. It is a love story, and a commentary on immigration and American identity.

8:30-10:30 a.m. - Opening session
10:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. - Registration open
10:45 a.m. - Bus tour to Waupaca County: Tour will inlude stops at the Hutchinson House Museum in Waupaca, a scenic boat tour on the area lakes, an early log cabin in Scandinavia, and the Iola Railroad Museum. The tour will return to Stevens Point for dinner (on your own) and in time for the 7:30 movie.

7:30 p.m. - We will be showing the 1945 film classic "Our Vines Have Tender Grapes," starring Edward G. Robinson. This film is based on the story of a Norwegian-American family from Benson Corners, which is located just east of Stevens Point.
